Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, 2 night minimum,

Security deposit is refundable within
30 days after the house is inspected and keys returned.
THIS HOME IS NON-SMOKING due to severe allergies.
RESERVATIONS
AND CANCELLATIONS
A refundable security deposit of $175.00 is required for our home, with an additional $50.00 refundable
deposit for pets.
We will accept checks, cashiers checks, money orders, or cash. Use a Paypal account sent to santacruzstudio95060@hotmail.com
for credit cards.
All email or phone reservations will be held for a maximum of 5 working days. If your deposit has not been received
during that time period, your reservation will be considered un-confirmed and go back on the calendar.
Once we have received your deposit, we will send you a confirmation letter specifying your arrival and departure
dates.
If you cancel your reservation twenty-one (21) days or more before your arrival date your full deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel your reservation eight to twenty (8-20) days 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel within
seven (7) days of your arrival date you will forfeit the full deposit.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
