Price List:
Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights,
2 night minimum, excluding holidays are $135 per night, Rent $ 270, + Refundable Deposit $ 175, + Taxes, and utilitites fee

Week days, Monday, Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday, 2 night minimum, excluding holidays are $115 per night

HOLIDAY (3 night minimum + 10%) INCLUDES ALL FEES and TAXES
$175.00 People Security Deposit required at time of reservation and is addition
to rental charge
$50.00 Animal Security Deposit is required at time of reservation
and is addition to rental charge
$75 surcharge fee for taxes and utiltites in
addition to rental charge
Security deposit is refundable within 30 days after the house is inspected and keys returned.
THIS HOME IS NON-SMOKING due to severe allergies.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
A refundable security
deposit of $175.00 for people is required for our home, with an additional $50.00 refundable deposit for animals.
We will accept checks, cashiers checks, money orders, or cash.
All email or phone reservations will be held for a
maximum of 5 working days. If your deposit has not been received during that time period, your reservation will be considered
un-confirmed and go back on the calendar.
Once we have received your deposit, we will send you a confirmation letter specifying your arrival and departure
dates.
If you cancel your reservation thirty (30) days or more before your arrival date your full deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel your reservation eight to twenty (8-29) days 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel within
seven (7) days of your arrival date you will forfeit the full deposit.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00
AM.
